This form is to be used when submitting your video to the A Cappella Video Awards (AVAs). Videos released between October 1 and September 30 are eligible for the current AVAs season.
Please note that you can create multiple submissions for an artist/group and then checkout once to cover all submission fees in a single transaction.

Thank you for your interest in submitting for the A Cappella Video Awards (AVAs)! We believe that our Awards and Compilation programs have a special role in recognizing and celebrating excellence in our community. The CARAs have been the only a cappella recording award platform around for almost 30 years, and we hope to be around for many more. To do so, the awards programs must sustain themselves. While the organization producing these programs, the Contemporary A Cappella Society (CASA), and its programs are run by volunteers, there are costs associated with running the Awards and Compilation programs, including application hosting, media storage, and other technology-related expenses.
For the 2024/2025 awards season, there is a $5 per-video fee with a $25 maximum per artist. In other words, no artist, regardless of volume of submissions, will pay more than the maximum for a specific program in a specific year.
